- We allow refunds within 60 days for customers in America and 14 days for all other countries if you are not satisfied with our services or do not understand them.
- This means you have 60 days for America and 14 days for the rest of the world after signing up for any IQTrend plan to request a refund, unless mandatory consumer law provides a different right.
- To request a refund, contact Digistore24.com. Digistore24 will try to help you as soon as possible and processes the refund through the checkout/payment system.
- Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to arrive in your bank account, but you should verify timing and requirements directly with Digistore24.com.
- For recurring subscriptions, we allow refunds for auto-renewal within the first 72 hours after billing. After the applicable refund period, we are not obligated to issue refunds under other circumstances, including if you forget to cancel auto-renewal, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
